As rumors continue to swirl and a firm reorganization plan has yet to be announced, bankrupt Tier One automotive interior trim and fabric supplier Collins & Aikman issued a release on Jan. 18 stating that it is moving forward with a "dual-track route to emergence", entailing either its reorganization as a standalone entity or the sale or merger of some or all of its assets.Save to My Web
